Transparent Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our quality assurance facility (within 48 hours of receipt):

• Prepaid orders (Razorpay, UPI, Netbanking, Cards) will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via direct NEFT bank transfer or store credits as per customer preference.
